At the Relationship Health Center, we believe that the ability to manage relationships is an ability that can be acquired. It is an art that can be learnt by anyone irrespective of one’s upbringing or temperament.
To this extent we provide learning programmes, where various issues on relationship are discussed, both on a private or personal relationship level and on a public or corporate level.
We have:
- Private sessions, which range from 30 minutes to 6 months, depending on the need
- Pre and Post Marital relationship consultancy
- Workplace relationships consultancy, ranging 2 weeks to 6 months and can be extended depending on the need.
We also train people who believe that they are gifted with the ability to consult for people in the area of relationships, taking them through the rudiments of Relationship Health Management.
Certification
We do this training as a certificate programme in partnership with the Centre for Innovation and Professional Development of Synergies Institute–Ghana, one of the accredited private universities in Ghana. Under the Certificate Programme in Relationship Health Management, we provide modules such as:
- Understanding Yourself and Understanding People
- Workplace Realities
- Defining Relationships: Is it friendship, business partnership, love affair, Marriage
- Public Life Grooming and Private Life Grooming
- Personnel Management
- Understanding Equality and Equity
- Customer Care
- Effective Relationship-specific Communication.
